Ape Themes provides you free and premium WordPress Themes. All the products are sold as a digital download through this website.
All our products are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, and respected platforms and ensure that you will use the most current version of our products.
Premium products updates are available only to active members within their date of subscriptions whereas our free themes update will always be free to all.
It is our duty to always keep the products up-to-date and working with the latest version of the respected platforms. We can ensure but not guaranteed, that all the products will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers.
Our products support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 10 and above.
All our products are licensed under the GNU general public license. You may use your purchased products on as many websites as you like. Please review your readme.txt in your products folder(if available) after you download it.
Ape Themes provides a license key when you purchase WordPress themes or plugins from Ape Themes. You will need valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates.
All our products are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of respected platforms. Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our products – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins or other things) or modify the files. Also we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak your theme, and make small modifications to make the theme better suited to your needs. It is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore we don’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within your theme.
We will check the support forums and emails usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.
Our support is provided on Support Forum and Email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ). We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. We will support your queries regarding our themes for life time.
If you are experiencing a technical issue, before requesting a refund, let our support team help resolve the issue. We are more than happy to help you.
